Questions, answered plainly.

What Delvra does, what it never does alone, where your data lives and what it costs.

What it does

What can Delvra actually do?

Answer customers from your approved knowledge, look up records in connected systems (orders, leads, form entries), create tasks and run named actions such as preparing a refund or sending a login link. Each action has its own permission.

How good is the Hebrew?

It is written for Israeli customers, not translated. Delvra is built in Israel and answers in natural Hebrew or English, in the tone you choose. Your team reviews the wording during the shadow week before anything goes live.

What happens when it does not know?

It says so. It hands the conversation to your team with a summary of what the customer asked and what it already checked, and it does not guess prices, dates or policies.

How do you connect to my systems?

Through a reviewed connector or your API. Keys are entered in the secure portal only, never by email or chat. New connections start read-only.

Do I need an API?

For actions, yes, or a supported platform like WooCommerce. If your system has no API, we review it separately before promising anything.

What does the read-only scan touch?

Only read requests, with a key you paste in the secure portal. The scan lists what the system holds, as counts rather than records, and proposes actions with a risk level for each. It never writes, and nothing runs until you set each action. The automatic scan is being built; today we do the same review with you during the Workflow Assessment.

Control and mistakes

Will it embarrass me in front of my customers?

It answers only from knowledge you approved, and when it is not sure it hands the conversation to your team with a summary instead of guessing prices, dates or policies. Before launch there is a shadow week: your team reads every answer, and customers see nothing until you approve.

What if it gets something wrong?

The costly mistakes cannot run on their own: money and anything irreversible wait for a person. Everything else is in the action log, so you see exactly what happened, take over the conversation and fix the answer. We then correct the rule or the knowledge behind it with you.

Can it give a refund by itself?

No. Refunds touch money, and money never runs on auto in Delvra. It prepares an approval card with the exact amount and order, and a person you choose approves or rejects it.

Who approves sensitive actions?

People you choose, by role. Refunds, deletions, payment changes and anything irreversible always need a human approval in this version.

Can I stop it?

Yes. One switch pauses the whole account, and anyone on your team can take over a conversation at any moment.

Can I pause just one system?

Not yet. Today one switch pauses your whole organisation and stops new actions. Pausing a single agent or connection is planned. Anyone on your team can take over a conversation at any moment.

Data and trust

What happens to my data?

It stays yours. Data is scoped to your organization, Delvra reads only what each action allows, and credentials are stored encrypted. When you leave, your data is deleted on a documented schedule, and you can ask us for an export first.

Where is my data stored?

On servers we manage, scoped to your organisation, with credentials encrypted and never shown again. Before you connect any system, we give you the hosting location and our data processing terms in writing.

Why should I trust a new product?

You do not have to trust it blindly. New connections start read-only, you choose what each action may do, and we stay with you after launch. Delvra is in a managed pilot, and every page says plainly what is available, in pilot or planned.

Setup and price

Do I need a technical person?

No. We do the setup: connections, knowledge, tests and launch. You bring the person who owns the process and about an hour of their time to start.

What is included in implementation?

Workflow mapping, connections, knowledge setup, a test suite, a shadow week, team training and a go-live plan.

How much does it cost?

Three parts, all agreed in writing before you start: a fixed implementation fee, a monthly plan with included usage, and overage only if you turn it on. The plans are on the pricing page. If you are not sure it fits, start with the Workflow Assessment, which is credited against implementation.

How is usage measured?

By handled conversations and actions, shown in the portal with a dated conversion table. You see what is included, used and reserved.

Is there a free trial?

Not yet. Self-serve access with a free read-only scan is being built, and you can ask to join early access. Today the low-risk start is the Workflow Assessment, which is credited against implementation.

Still have a question?

Thirty minutes with the people who set it up. Bring the workflow you have in mind.
