Is my customers’ data safe?

Your data is kept separate for your business, keys are stored encrypted and never shown again, and new connections start read-only. Before you connect anything, we tell you in writing where it is hosted and what is stored.

What if it says something wrong to a customer?

Nothing reaches a customer in the first week. You read every answer it would have sent. After that it answers only from what you approved, and hands anything unclear to your team.
